The COUNTDOWN is ON!!! Today we finished Much Ado About Nothing -Act II, which means there is a QUIZ over ACT II Thursday 12/7. Study! (Study guide and everything Shakespeare is on the internet too- use your resources.) HOMEWORK: We started working on the first CEI paragraph over Much Ado About Nothing and the 9 Alignments. FINISH this paragraph by tomorrow 12/7!! Claim = _____(Character's name) most closely matches the ______ alignment because _______. Evidence= Lead-in, "Quote" (II.ii.1-3, p. 3). (Cite the quote with ACT.scene. line #s, p. #). Interpretation (3+ sentences) = 1. Context of the quote (Who was talking to whom? What was happening when it was spoken?) 2. Connection to alignment (How does this quote prove the character's alignment? What do your notes on the alignments say?) 3. Make sure you fully connect back to claim.
