Independent reading is becoming our "thing." It is what we do at the beginning of every class period. Why? For a number of reasons but mostly because books are worth reading and it is important to have time to enjoy doing just that- reading.
On Wednesday and Thursday (8/16 & 8/17) we reviewed vocabulary and continued to work on the project. Don't forget that it is due by 11:59PM on the 17th. Below the images show you what to do to "share" your work (share and then enter my email address: [email protected]). Refer to your notes for all other details. We will begin presentations on Friday the 18th after the vocabulary quiz. Come prepared with your note cards.

Mrs. EllwoodHi! I currently teach 10th Grade Literature because I love to read and I love to work with Sophomores. At Hillgrove I also am acting Director of the Senior Capstone Project - an opportunity that is unique and awesome! Archives
